Distribution Supervisor

About the role

Nestlé Waters, the global leader in bottled water, is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for its operations in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of distribution employees, ensuring efficient product flow and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely product flow and proactively resolve any distribution issues.
• Acquire new customers to replace inactive accounts and improve route efficiency.
• Address customer complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Plan and schedule manpower effectively to meet sales objectives set by management.
• Maintain a motivated workforce through clear communication, consistency, and fairness.
• Follow Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
