Procurement Analyst – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to manage low‑threshold and spot purchases up to SAR 100 k. The role supports a range of categories—including direct, packaging, indirect, capex, marketing support and services—by following Almarai’s established procurement procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders up to SAR 100 k in a timely manner.
• Handle spot and low‑value purchases across assigned categories.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather specifications and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Buyer in a large‑scale purchasing organization.
• Experience in a similar purchasing environment.
• Basic written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
