Drilling Field Compliance Coordinator (HSE)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting an experienced Drilling Field Compliance Coordinator to support Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance across drilling and workover operations. The successful candidate will carry out field inspections and audits, investigate incidents, assess operational risks and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards and safety management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct HSE audits and field inspections across drilling and workover rigs
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards, operational procedures and environmental requirements
• Prepare inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action plans
• Lead or take part in incident investigations and write investigation reports
• Support pre-commencement inspections for new rigs and follow up on findings
• Prepare rigs for internal and external audits, including RHSEI, Well Control, LPD, Corporate and EPD audits
• Identify hazards, assess risks and recommend control measures
• Give HSE guidance and mentoring to rig supervisors, safety officers and operational teams
• Monitor behavioural safety through rig visits, safety meetings and awareness activities
• Support safety training, emergency preparedness, contractor safety and environmental protection initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HSE, Science, Industrial disciplines or a related field
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH or an equivalent internationally recognised safety certification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience in the oil and gas industry
• At least 7 years of experience in drilling and workover operations
• Ability to work in field-based environments and follow rotational work schedules
