Dry Utilities Engineer – Design

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Dry Utilities Engineer to join its Riyadh office. You will support multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC, focusing on the planning, design and engineering of dry utilities networks such as power (MV/LV), substations, street lighting, telecommunications and security systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support on large, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Report on project performance and progress.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist in developing a motivated team and create development opportunities for individuals.
• Deliver technical expertise across a variety of engineering projects.
• Support design development, budgeting and drive projects from tender to delivery.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 + years experience in a similar engineering role.
• Excellent interpersonal, technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to process paper/e‑electronic documents, communicate clearly and visit project sites when required.
• Capability to assemble and analyse data related to ICT.
