Facilities Supervisor – Soft Services (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor – Soft Services to manage daily soft‑service operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality support, laundry and consumables. The role ensures high service quality across the assigned facility and is ideal for candidates with experience in facilities management, hospitality or cleaning supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft‑services activities, including cleaning, housekeeping and hospitality support.
• Monitor service quality, ensuring areas are clean, organized and well maintained.
• Coordinate shifts, attendance, task distribution and team performance.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on observations or service issues.
• Handle basic client or user requests professionally.
• Monitor usage of cleaning materials, consumables and equipment.
• Ensure team adherence to grooming, hygiene, safety and service standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
• Follow up on CAFM, Maximo or work‑order tickets when applicable.
• Coordinate with hard‑services teams for maintenance‑related issues affecting soft services.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facility Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in soft services, housekeeping, cleaning operations, hospitality or facilities management.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene and safety practices.
• Experience with CAFM or Maximo is an advantage.
• Training such as BICSc, IOSH, COSHH or HACCP is a plus, not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on‑site and support operational requirements.
