Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – Hard Services

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – Hard Services to lead day‑to‑day maintenance activities across our site. The role involves overseeing MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works, ensuring safe and timely completion of preventive and corrective tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hard‑services maintenance activities on site.
• Coordinate technicians and foremen to execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and follow up on MEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil maintenance work.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality requirements and proper PPE usage.
• Track work orders using CAFM, Maximo or similar systems.
• Support emergency maintenance response and overall site operational needs.
• Prepare basic reports on maintenance progress, pending tasks and team performance.
• Liaise with project teams, client representatives and internal departments as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance or operations.
• Experience in hard services, MEP, HVAC, electrical or civil maintenance.
• Previous team supervision experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to produce simple reports.
• Willingness to work on‑site and support operational requirements.
