E-Commerce Operations Associate

About the role

The E‑Commerce Operations Associate will ensure that online orders are fulfilled efficiently through Chalhoub Group’s retail stores in Jeddah. Working at the intersection of digital sales and physical retail, you will help deliver a seamless omnichannel experience for luxury customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and ship e‑commerce orders from offline retail locations with speed and accuracy.
• Achieve assigned e‑commerce sales targets.
• Support the frontline team in handling returns and exchanges.
• Transfer knowledge to colleagues and promote the hybrid retail approach.
• Identify and report technical issues to the IT Service Desk, maintaining communication until resolution.
• Detect stock shortages, report them promptly, and coordinate with stakeholders to update inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with omnichannel system processes, policies and operating procedures.

• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with retail and IT teams.
• Good communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating actions.
