Electrical Site Manager

About the role

The Electrical Site Manager will lead all on‑site electrical activities for large‑scale projects, ensuring that construction, installation, testing and handover are executed safely, on time and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct system testing and supervise overall field activities.
• Verify that materials and protection measures meet contract and standard requirements.
• Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance and documentation in line with client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with construction procedures, SOPs, JSA, risk assessments and safety protocols.
• Plan manpower and estimate timelines based on project scope and client needs.
• Coordinate installation drawings, support commissioning, manage defect identification, snagging and closure.
• Monitor construction performance against plans and drawings, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Assist the on‑site team to keep subcontractors aligned with the program and construction sequence.
• Raise and resolve issues affecting progress, maintain benchmarks and quality.
• Develop punch‑list clearance, verify RMI/RFI qualifications, attend client meetings and prepare progress reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on mega‑projects.
• Strong project management, communication and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
