Senior Projects Manager – Fit-out & Interior Projects

About the role

Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead fast‑track fit‑out projects across Saudi Arabia. The role covers a wide range of sectors including hospitality, hotels, high‑end residential, retail, entertainment, health and education, from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify and nurture new client relationships and represent the company at industry events.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process and prepare project management plans, schedules and procurement plans.
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines and select subcontractors.
• Coordinate design, estimating, contracting and construction activities to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, manage vendors and trades, and maintain accurate project records.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and ensure quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing fit‑out or interior construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work on projects across different locations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
