ELV Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Khidmah is looking for a skilled ELV Technician to join its Facilities Management team in Abqaiq. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting a range of extra‑low‑voltage systems to ensure safe and efficient operation in line with company and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair ELV systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address (PA), structured cabling, intrusion & security, and intercom systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ELV equipment.
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to complete assigned work orders.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare service reports.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests when required.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and used safely.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems installation and maintenance.
• Previous facilities management experience (mandatory).
• Valid Saudi driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on‑site and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
