Employee Services Specialist

About the role

The Employee Services Specialist supports the effective management of employee relations and HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law while delivering timely and accurate HR services to the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily employee services activities such as payroll, GOSI, time attendance, vacations, overtime, and business trips.
• Process employee-related transactions in line with internal policies and Saudi Labor Law.
• Administer medical insurance enrollment, renewals, claims, and deletions.
• Maintain employee records through government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle employee requests for leaves, loans, and advances with proper documentation.
• Manage government transactions including Iqama renewals, visas, and sponsorship transfers.
• Prepare and issue employment letters, certificates, promotion notices, and termination documents.
• Calculate End of Service benefits and final settlements.
• Support investigations and disciplinary processes by preparing documentation.
• Assist internal and external audits with required reports and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Services.
• Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems and Saudi government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
