Engineer I Quality Assurance

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a passionate auditor to drive safety and excellence within its engineering and maintenance operations. The Engineer I Quality Assurance will support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with aviation regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits in accordance with GACA regulations and EASA Part 145 requirements.
• Collect and analyse audit evidence, identify non‑conformities and operational risks.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective follow‑up.
• Prepare accurate audit reports to support informed decision‑making.
• Maintain strong quality governance across engineering and maintenance activities.
• Contribute to audit‑related training and capability development.

Required profile

• Degree qualified.
• Minimum 4 years experience in a fast‑paced airline operations or maintenance environment.
• Preferably holds a Lead or Internal Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 or ISO 19011).

Required skills

• Auditing expertise aligned with aviation standards.
• Knowledge of GACA regulations.
• Familiarity with EASA Part 145 requirements.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 audit standards.
