Enterprise Risk Architecture Lead

About the role

The Enterprise Risk Architecture Lead will drive the design, implementation and maintenance of the bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) architecture, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards such as BCBS 239.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional, technical and data architectures for ERM.
• Implement the Risk Data Aggregation framework in line with BCBS 239.
• Deploy, configure and support ERM systems and related solutions.
• Coordinate with business technology, vendors and stakeholders to integrate ERM tools with source systems.
• Manage the OBIEE platform for risk reporting and analytics.
• Conduct assessments of current ERM state and execute roadmap initiatives.
• Prepare and present accurate departmental reports for Riyad Bank.
• Act as backup and successor to the section head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics (post‑graduate preferred).
• 6‑8 years of experience in the banking sector within Enterprise Risk and System/Security Architecture.
• Relevant certifications in Enterprise Risk Architecture, IT Architecture or Security Architecture.
