Environment, Health and Safety Manager

About the role

The Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will lead all HSE activities on large‑scale EPC projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring a safe working environment and full compliance with local regulations, company standards and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project HSE activities, including high‑risk operations such as heavy lifting and equipment handling.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and periodically update the Project HSE Risk Register based on actual project risks.
• Promote transparent and proactive HSE reporting across all stakeholders and contractors.
• Develop and deliver project‑specific HSE training and awareness programmes.
• Manage contractor HSE performance, monitoring and audits.
• Conduct incident/accident investigations, root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee Permit‑to‑Work, Work‑at‑Height, Confined‑Space, LOTO and lifting‑rigging safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration with active Engineer Professional Membership.
• Minimum 10 years experience as an HSE Manager on EPC projects, preferably in Power Generation, Oil & Gas or Energy sectors.
• Proven experience in large‑scale Power Generation projects (CCGT, combined‑cycle, renewable, substations).
• Immediate availability in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
