About the role
The Estimator will join Samara's workshop team in Jeddah, responsible for assessing the cost of repairing damaged vehicles. This role involves direct interaction with customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers about repair status and answer queries.
- Inspect vehicles to evaluate condition and repair feasibility.
- Prepare detailed repair estimates based on customer input and special requests.
- Liaise with insurance companies for claim processing and cost approvals.
- Follow up with customers to obtain approvals and ensure smooth workflow.
Required profile
- Automotive diploma or equivalent.
- 4–5 years of experience in vehicle repair estimation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong oral communication and time‑management abilities.
- Understanding of mechanical/technical terminology and safe working methods.
