Executive Director, Asset Management

About the role

The Executive Director, Asset Management will lead the Asset Management Department within the Investment Function, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail, sports, leisure, and service amenities across ROSHN communities. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Investment Officer, the role is responsible for driving performance, value optimisation, and total portfolio returns.

Key responsibilities

• Head the Asset Management Department and set the overall department strategy.
• Direct the Retail, Commercial, Leisure & Hospitality, and Residential (BTR) portfolios through their respective section heads.
• Own and deliver on NOI growth, asset yield, and occupancy performance targets.
• Represent Asset Management in investment governance forums.
• Ensure the operating portfolio contributes to the Function’s mandate of maximising total portfolio returns.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading asset‑management functions in a real‑estate or investment environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and large, mixed‑use portfolios.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics such as NOI, asset yield and occupancy.
• Experience working with senior investment leadership and governance structures.
