Executive Director – Finance (Entertainment)

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced finance leader to steer the financial strategy of its entertainment portfolio. Reporting to senior management, the Executive Director – Finance will ensure fiscal health, drive strategic initiatives, and align financial practices with Vision 2030 objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for all entertainment developments, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for each project, ensuring alignment with performance targets.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior leadership, highlighting insights and recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and enforce accountability across departments for financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, establishing robust internal controls.
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Support investment analysis and capital budgeting for new entertainment initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven track record of financial leadership in complex, multi‑project environments.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and manage operations.
• Superior analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
