Executive Director Products

About the role

The Executive Director Products will lead the design and execution of strategies to develop real‑estate financing initiatives across the Kingdom. This senior leader will drive product innovation, housing solutions and align the sector’s vision with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and cascade the overall Product Sector strategy, ensuring alignment of vision, mission and priorities across internal departments.
• Implement policies, procedures and governance frameworks, maintaining full regulatory compliance while delivering cost‑efficient services.
• Consolidate and manage the Product Sector budget, monitor financial performance, identify under‑performance and drive cost optimisation and revenue growth.
• Approve workforce plans and operational requirements to ensure seamless execution of sector activities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to support successful delivery of sector objectives.
• Oversee market research, feasibility studies and financial analyses for real‑estate financing products, targeting underserved segments.
• Guide teams in identifying new product opportunities through market insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring comprehensive assessment of requirements.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to improve systems, processes and operational practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field (minimum 12 years of experience).
• Master’s degree (minimum 10 years of experience) or PhD (minimum 8 years of experience) in a relevant discipline.
