Executive Manager / CEO

About the role

Aamal Al Masbah Trading Establishment is seeking a dynamic Executive Manager / CEO to steer the company through its next growth phase. Reporting directly to the owner, you will be responsible for turning business opportunities into measurable results across operations, sales, and strategic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily business operations.
• Develop and execute growth and market‑entry strategies.
• Generate new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, schools, developers, and government entities.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Establish, monitor, and improve operational processes.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Recruit, develop, and lead company personnel.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Identify potential investors, distributors, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and KPI dashboards.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business management, business development, sales leadership or executive management.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, pool safety products or related industrial sectors is a strong advantage.
