About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking qualified professionals to join a confidential large‑scale development project in Riyadh. Candidates may express interest for a wide range of positions covering project management, engineering, construction supervision, quantity surveying, health‑safety‑environment, BIM, ICT and related disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management and construction supervision for vertical and horizontal infrastructure and building assets.
• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control and quality assurance activities.
• Manage contracts, claims, procurement and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee health‑safety‑environment compliance, sustainability and LEED initiatives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, MEP, ICT and façade specialists.
• Develop and maintain BIM models, project controls and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, LEED or relevant engineering council registration.
• Proven experience on major construction, infrastructure or mixed‑use development projects, preferably with a PMC, supervision consultant or contractor.
• Stable career progression with increasing responsibilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Saudi work eligibility preferred.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
