About the role
The Facilities Management Specialist will ensure the smooth operation of facility, hospitality, postal, archiving and administrative services at SABIL’s headquarters in Riyadh, creating a well‑functioning environment for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee reception and hospitality services, ensuring a professional atmosphere for clients and staff.
- Lead corporate events from planning to post‑event evaluation, coordinating with Marketing and Communications.
- Develop and enforce service standards, monitor quality, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage budgets for reception, hospitality and events, producing financial reports and analytics.
- Design and implement strategies to improve postal and archiving operations, including mail distribution and record‑keeping.
- Ensure document security, confidentiality and access control.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with postal vendors, set KPIs and monitor performance.
- Supervise a team responsible for cleaning, tea services and office supplies to maintain a well‑kept workplace.
