Facility Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of our swim schools, staff accommodations, and administrative offices. The successful candidate will ensure that all facilities run efficiently, safely, and in line with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all facilities.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and repair plans.
• Supervise facility staff, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation for facilities.
• Coordinate service agreements and contracts with vendors.
• Monitor facility performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and maintain emergency preparedness.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Experience managing swimming pool facilities and related sports club environments.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple facilities simultaneously.
