Fashion Consultant - Luxury Evening Dresses

About the role

Sophie Couture, a luxury fashion brand known for high-end evening dresses and well established in Riyadh, is looking for a Fashion Consultant to join its team. The consultant delivers high-quality customer service, solves client issues efficiently and helps maintain the brand's reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Assist clients in selecting luxury evening dresses, offering styling advice and personalized service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range and upcoming collections.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Keep the store well-presented and stocked, and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Take part in store events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales.
• Maintain client relationships through good interpersonal skills and follow-up.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
