Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

Marsh, a global insurance broker and risk adviser, is hiring a Business Development Executive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within its Sales Division. The role focuses on identifying and acquiring new clients through partnership schemes, with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and referrals via partnerships.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand your network.
• Research the market and plan customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions.
• Create, negotiate and close sales proposals covering the full product suite.
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations for clients.
• Deliver presentations and guide senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceed sales targets, keep accurate client records in the CRM and stay up to date on Medical and Non-Medical Insurance trends.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Prior experience across multiple lines of insurance solutions and success in hunting new business.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and close relationships.
• Energetic, positive attitude, able to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
