F&B Host / Hostess (Saudi National)

About the role

SLS The Red Sea, a lifestyle resort on the Red Sea coast with five food and beverage venues, is looking for a full-time F&B Host/Hostess (Saudi national). You will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests and creating a refined, personalized arrival experience, while supporting smooth front-of-house operations together with the F&B team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, and guide them through their dining journey
• Manage guest seating, table allocations and dining flow based on reservations and walk-ins
• Coordinate with the service team to meet guest requests and expectations
• Maintain knowledge of menus, special events, seating arrangements and guest preferences
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and concerns, escalating when needed
• Keep the host stand and reception area organized and welcoming
• Manage reservations accurately in the restaurant reservation system, confirm details and update team members
• Answer phone calls professionally and help guests with bookings
• Work with the kitchen, service and bar teams to support efficient service flow
• Assist with side duties such as menu preparation, table resets and keeping the entrance tidy
• Follow grooming, health, safety and hygiene standards, and contribute positively to the team

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant or lifestyle hospitality setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education is an advantage
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is highly desirable
• Confident, welcoming and professional, able to stay calm during busy service periods
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings and holidays
• Well-groomed appearance in line with brand standards

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems and reservation platforms is an advantage
