About the role
We are seeking a professional and well‑presented female receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Riyadh office. The role involves managing front‑office operations, handling communications, and supporting daily business activities with a positive attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members.
- Provide general administrative and office support tasks.
- Assist management with daily business operations.
