Female Restaurant Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Female Restaurant Manager to join its team at the Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh. The role leads the food and beverage department, supports the guest dining experience and manages the team, with a focus on service quality, guest satisfaction and departmental targets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food and beverage department, delivering the guest dining experience to the highest standard
• Improve guest satisfaction by responding promptly and positively to guest enquiries
• Deliver plans and objectives so that food and beverage initiatives and hotel targets are achieved
• Manage the food and beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance
• Control the departmental budget, including costs and inventory, while maintaining productivity and performance levels
• Build effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Run programmes that advance service standards, profitability and cost control
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, and follow up as required

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage service with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent managerial skills, with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and give advice and recommendations
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence, time and energy
• Strong communication skills
