Field Access Manager – Riyadh

About the role

The Field Access Manager will be based in Riyadh and report to the Director of Market Access and Government Affairs for Saudi Arabia & Gulf Countries. The role focuses on managing relationships with clinical pharmacies, hospitals, NUPCO, and the Ministry of Health to ensure smooth execution of contracts and product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical pharmacies, hospitals, NUPCO and the Ministry of Health to execute NUPCO contracts at the account level.
• Monitor product stock levels across the supply chain, including distributors, hospitals, and private sector.
• Implement market access plans and optimise months of inventory for all SKUs.
• Lead the tenders task‑force, collaborating with franchise teams on a weekly to monthly basis.
• Analyse government policies, health‑economic assessments and pharmaceutical spending trends.
• Interact regularly with cross‑functional BMS teams, distributors, pharmacy, planning and purchasing departments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and BMS standards of conduct.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, institutions, NUPCO and the Ministry of Health.

Required profile

• Experience in market access, government affairs or related pharmaceutical functions within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi healthcare procurement processes and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical business conduct.
