Field Sales Consultant - Classifieds

About the role

Bayut, the number one property portal in the Kingdom and part of the Dubizzle Group, is hiring an experienced Sales Consultant in Madinah. You will carry out daily calls and visits in the market, using a consultative approach to help clients make informed decisions about their advertising needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial customer engagement to closed sales.
• Maintain consistent daily customer calls and market visits.
• Educate customers on how to align their business goals with sustainable Bayut advertising solutions.
• Cultivate a pipeline of high-value prospects and support clients with tailored sales and marketing solutions and campaigns.
• Understand business needs, set data-backed expectations and draft proposals.
• Prospect for new clients and respond to inbound requests.
• Report on sales activity (Daily Visit Report) and market intelligence.
• Represent the company professionally and with integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Valid driving licence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in sales within the internet advertising industry.
• Basic understanding of how to use a CRM.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to pitch advertising solutions over video or in person.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a team and handle ambiguity proactively.
