Sales Section Head - Out of Home Channel

About the role

Nestlé Waters, which produces Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Sales Section Head for its Out-of-Home channel in Madinah. The role leads strategy across B2B, hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to expand the brand's footprint in the Saudi market and strengthen distributor partnerships. It is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Regional HOD Business Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Out-of-Home channel business plan aligned with growth ambitions and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in hospitality, catering and coffee chains, and build long-term partnerships with national chains and key foodservice operators.
• Lead the transition to route-to-market, optimising coverage, service standards and ROI.
• Manage channel pricing, trade terms and rebate frameworks.
• Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and key account executives to meet volume, revenue and margin objectives.
• Partner with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, and monitor performance through KPIs (volume, NNS, OTIF, visibility, overdue) and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of progressive commercial experience in FMCG or beverages, including 3+ years in B2B/HORECA channel leadership.
• Strong track record in key account management, negotiation and P&L ownership.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
