Field Sales Representative (Jeddah)

About the role

Nestlé KSA is hiring a Field Sales Representative for the Jeddah area. The role owns and delivers sales across its assigned territory by building relationships with customers and retail staff to meet short- and long-term performance targets, with a focus on the overall value of retail (sales, displays, new items and core distribution). The ideal candidate lives in the Jeddah area.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product knowledge through face-to-face and phone communication.
• Sell incremental volume for displays and get maximum support for promoted products; sell additional products based on opportunities.
• Create and run business reviews with key customers to drive volume.
• Manage spending responsibly and collect payments from customers before they become overdue.
• Ensure pricing compliance at retail level and report competitive price changes and promotions, resolving pricing issues.
• Find and fix out-of-stocks and voids, and make sure new items are available.
• Keep shelves stocked and compliant, rotate products, handle unsellable stock and solve systemic stock problems.
• Build good relations with department and store-level staff and share market insights with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication, selling and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyse financial, inventory and retail data and adapt selling techniques accordingly.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with other POS systems.
