Finance Director – Cluster (Makkah)

About the role

The Finance Director – Cluster will act as the strategic financial business leader for a group of properties in Makkah. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for delivering financial results that align with the brand’s overall strategy while supporting operational excellence across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual operating budget and business plan for each property in the cluster.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities and drive initiatives to improve profitability.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams across the cluster, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Revenue Managers to design effective revenue‑management strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategic goals to diverse stakeholders.
