Finance Lead – Logistic Park (MLP)

About the role

The Finance Lead will partner with operations, commercial, finance and business controlling teams across Maersk Logistic Park (MLP) sites. You will safeguard the financial health of the organization by shaping strategy, delivering accurate reporting and providing data‑driven insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site budgets and forecasts, identify growth opportunities and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Analyse revenue, costs and profitability at product and customer levels; compare actual results with approved business cases and budgets.
• Control CAPEX spend, ensure capitalization complies with accounting standards, and manage asset inventory and periodic physical counts.
• Oversee SG&A cost performance, conduct deep‑dive variance analysis and propose optimisation plans.
• Coordinate financial activities such as payments, process setup, reconciliations and customer onboarding.
• Support working‑capital and funding requirements, and ensure day‑to‑day transactions are accurate and compliant.
• Provide timely financial insights, target setting, business planning and forecasting to senior management.

Required profile

• Strong collaboration skills with operations, commercial and controlling teams.
• Ability to influence decision‑making through deep‑dive analysis and clear recommendations.
• Experience with costing/pricing models, control design, implementation, compliance and tax topics.
