About the role

The Client Account Lead (CAL) Senior Manager will drive strategic relationships and business growth for Accenture’s Financial Services Client Group in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives, ensuring delivery excellence across high‑value accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture trusted advisory relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand existing engagements.
  • Oversee project delivery, manage escalations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across delivery, sales, and operations.
  • Stay abreast of financial‑services trends to provide strategic guidance.
  • Deliver measurable value aligned with client strategic priorities.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, consulting or client‑facing roles within financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing large‑scale accounts and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry challenges.
