Finance Manager – Financial Control (KSA)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control functions for our Saudi Arabia entity. The role ensures accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust governance while supporting business growth and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing for KSA with a D+3 target.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS (9, 15, 16), SOCPA, ZATCA (CIT, Zakat, VAT, WHT, CTDF) and SAMA reporting requirements.
• Oversee treasury and liquidity management, including bank accounts, merchant settlements and payment approvals.
• Manage external audits, provide audit‑ready financials and maintain complete documentation.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls across all finance processes.
• Support provisioning and ECL calculations under IFRS 9 for customer and merchant receivables.
• Handle intercompany and transfer‑pricing compliance in coordination with Group Tax.
• Build, coach and develop a high‑performing local finance team.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations to ensure finance readiness for new products such as wallets, BNPL, cards, remittance and loyalty programs.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and regulators (ZATCA, MOCI, SAMA) as the primary local finance contact.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance or external audit, preferably in fintech, banking or a Big 4 environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and Saudi tax regulations.
• Proven experience leading statutory audits and preparing IFRS financial statements with local adjustments.
• Experience with regulatory submissions to ZATCA, MOCI and SAMA.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred.
