Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance function, developing strategies that support corporate objectives and ensuring robust financial governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, ZATCA, and internal policies.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial governance.
• Support investment evaluations, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage the finance team and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience.
• Previous experience in holding companies or investment organisations is preferred.
