Finance Manager - KSA

About the role

A highly experienced Finance Manager is sought to lead the finance function across the organization, covering strategic financial planning, risk management, compliance and operational excellence. The role suits a senior professional with deep knowledge of KSA financial regulations, taxation and market practices, who can guide investment decisions and manage complex multi-project portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for KSA operations in line with Group financial strategy, and advise the Board and senior management
• Develop financial policies, procedures and internal controls, and supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across multiple projects, and monitor profitability, cash flow and costs
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and manage treasury, banking relationships and funding needs
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, VAT, Zakat and labour-related financial laws, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and regulators
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, advise on investments and capital expenditure, and set financial KPIs
• Support mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent) highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of finance experience in the GCC, including at least 10 years in KSA; experience in the KSA market preferred
• Proven senior-level finance experience, ideally in construction, fit-out or engineering
• Strong knowledge of KSA taxation, VAT, Zakat and labour-related financial laws
