Fit‑Out Technical Manager – Luxury Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fit‑Out Technical Manager to lead the delivery of luxury hospitality and resort fit‑out projects. This highly technical position focuses on execution, quality, coordination and handover, rather than design or commercial responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Govern fit‑out delivery, ensuring compliance with approved designs and hospitality standards.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage mock‑ups, material approvals, inspections, QA/QC processes and testing & commissioning.
• Oversee snagging, de‑snagging and handover readiness, including digital handover documentation.
• Integrate fit‑out interfaces with MEP, ELV and other specialist systems.
• Produce regular stakeholder reports and maintain project data on CDE platforms.

Required profile

• 12+ years of hands‑on fit‑out construction experience, specifically in hotels, resorts or luxury hospitality.
• Proven delivery experience on owner‑side, PMC or client‑representative projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out execution, QA/QC, inspections, testing & commissioning and handover processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CDE platforms such as ACC, Aconex or Asite.
