Fleet Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet Operations Supervisor will coordinate and oversee the daily activities of a field workforce, ensuring punctuality, discipline and high productivity while supporting efficient logistics operations. The role involves close interaction with clients, internal teams and workers to resolve operational challenges promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance, enforce schedule adherence and address absenteeism or lateness.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve workforce‑related issues and ensure service quality.
• Track performance metrics and drive productivity improvements.
• Manage accommodation and transportation logistics, handling any related problems.
• Conduct site and accommodation visits as needed.
• Oversee onboarding of new workers and verify operational readiness.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports covering attendance, issues and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee smooth operations.
• Adapt working hours flexibly according to operational demands.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, delivery, last‑mile, fleet or manpower operations.
• Proven track record of managing a field workforce.
• Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Experience working with multicultural teams is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
