About the role
Do you enjoy discovering new places, visiting different businesses, and sharing your honest opinion? Join ISC‑CX as a freelance Mystery Shopper and get paid for evaluating real customer experiences through the ISC‑CX Mobile app.
Key responsibilities
- Visit stores, restaurants, car‑rental agencies and other businesses following a specific scenario.
- Observe and assess customer service, staff knowledge, cleanliness and overall experience.
- Take photos or provide required information when requested.
- Complete short questionnaires with honest, objective feedback.
Required profile
- Strong observational skills and ability to assess service interactions.
- Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in evaluations.
- Proficiency with mobile applications for reporting.
- Good time‑management to meet assignment deadlines.
