About the role
Fast Fit EMS Fitness is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and members at its Jeddah location. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area within the facility.
- Provide basic information about services and answer client inquiries.
- Route incoming phone calls to the correct departments and handle simple phone inquiries.
- Address and resolve client complaints or forward them to the relevant person.
- Schedule and manage pre‑booked appointments to avoid overlaps.
- Assist clients with any issues related to services or products.
- Guide clients around the facility and advise on product choices.
- Maintain a polite and professional interaction with clients and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or front‑desk roles, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
- Friendly, confident communication skills.
- Ability to handle member inquiries, registrations, and basic sales.
- Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.
