Front of House Team Member

About the role

The Front of House team member will be the face of BRAU Riyadh, delivering a seamless and elevated client experience within the salon. You will welcome clients, manage bookings, handle payments and support the daily operations of the studio.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in clients, manage their journey according to the BRAU customer journey.
• Collect payments, perform daily financial reconciliation and handle cash/point‑of‑sale transactions.
• Read and update the appointment schedule, add client notes and maintain comprehensive customer profiles.
• Address client complaints with empathy, provide information on services and retail products, and upsell treatments, packages and retail items.
• Support artists by managing their schedules and assist in other operational tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and follow up with late or no‑show clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in front‑of‑house, reception, hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication, polite and professional demeanor.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, presentable with a customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (email, calendars, Word, Excel).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).
• Experience with booking or CRM systems.
• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale system experience.
