About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Receptionist to join its Front Office team in Riyadh. The role covers the entire guest journey, from check-in to check-out and everything in between, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent guest experience across the whole stay, from arrival to departure
- Ensure the smooth running of the front office department
- Work proactively with the team to keep guests satisfied
- Show patience, empathy and a welcoming personality while handling guests
Required profile
- Flexible and positive attitude
- An eye for detail and ability to solve problems creatively
- Passion for creating outstanding service
- Team player with strong verbal communication skills
- Enjoys working in a lively environment
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
