Front Office Service Manager

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Front Office Service Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time position. The role centres on creating a welcoming and hospitable environment in the lobby and delivering exceptional guest experiences, with the employer looking for a Saudi national.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the lobby, assist them with inquiries and directions, and give a friendly farewell at check-out
• Make courtesy calls to guests, help with reservations for dining, transport and other services, and handle complaints diplomatically
• Gather guest reviews and ratings, record them and use the feedback to improve guest satisfaction
• Keep the lobby clean, organised and safe, and report maintenance or safety issues to the right department
• Work with the front desk, concierge, food and beverage and housekeeping teams
• Act as the hotel's Radisson Rewards member and ensure Radisson Rewards standards are followed
• Check VIP arrival lists, personally room suite guests and explain hotel facilities, and coordinate bell boys, doormen and coffee men
• Confirm special requests for VIPs, honeymoons and special occasions with housekeeping and F&B before arrival, and upgrade room categories for Radisson Rewards and Booking.com guests when available
• Aim for 15 guest reviews per day on Booking.com and Google, convert OTA guests to Radisson Rewards members and encourage direct bookings
• Lead the team, ensure compliance with legislation and prepare documentation for internal and external audits

Required profile

• Experience in a similar role in a hotel
• Confidence in approaching people and building relationships, with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Required skills

• Knowledge of Fidelio or Opera PMS; hotSOS is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the local environment, including supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls and daily excursions
