Full Stack Developer

About the role

Masterworks is looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design and implementation of modern web applications that power business‑critical systems. You will work closely with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop end‑to‑end web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Design, build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Integrate and optimise relational (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Implement coding standards, automated testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues and ensure maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
