Full-Stack Software Engineer – Django

About the role

Autobia is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to work on a Python/Django codebase that powers a customer‑facing marketplace. You will spend most of your time on backend services, data handling, and integrations, while also contributing to front‑end features when required.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, deploy and support Django backend services and full‑stack features.
• Own features end‑to‑end, from initial design through production support.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external services.
• Write clear, maintainable code and participate in technical decision‑making.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior full‑stack engineer with a strong backend focus.
• 3–5 years of professional full‑stack experience.
• Solid fundamentals in API design, data modeling, relational databases and testing.
• Comfortable debugging and building front‑end features when needed.
• Performance‑mindset: able to keep API response times low through query tuning, caching and profiling.
• Ownership mindset: can turn ambiguous problems into shipped, supported solutions.
