Fund & Treasury Operations Specialist

About the role

Keetab is seeking an experienced professional to lead fund and treasury operations across its global footprint. The role focuses on managing bank and securities accounts, overseeing cross‑border settlements, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of account opening, amendment, and closure for bank, securities, and third‑party payment accounts.
• Resolve KYC and compliance issues, clean up redundant accounts, and improve account utilization.
• Oversee cross‑border transaction settlement, optimize payment routing, and ensure AML, sanctions, and local regulatory compliance.
• Identify manual process risks, collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement system‑based solutions, and continuously refine treasury workflows.
• Maintain robust internal controls, segregation of duties, and ensure all external communications meet internal and regulatory standards.
• Support month‑end close, audit activities, and maintain strong relationships with banks, securities firms, and financial regulators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in global treasury management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes, accounting treatments, and internal control standards.
