About the role

The General Manager – Healthcare Cluster Operations will lead multiple healthcare facilities within a designated cluster, ensuring high‑quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This senior leader will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with clinical and administrative partners, and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for the healthcare cluster, aligning with corporate goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all facilities, maintaining quality, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance across sites.
• Partner with clinical leaders and department heads to ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence.
• Manage budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Leverage data analytics to support decision‑making and enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives to build a high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, including multi‑site leadership.
• Proven track record of implementing strategies that improve patient care and facility efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance standards.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
