General Manager – Travel & Tourism Company

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to launch and lead a new Travel & Tourism Company under Suliyan. The role will guide the business from initial setup through launch, operations and sustainable growth, delivering integrated travel solutions for individuals and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic, operational and commercial plans.
• Design innovative travel programs, packages and tourism services.
• Build and manage a network of local and international suppliers and partners.
• Acquire corporate, government and individual clients and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee booking, travel and customer‑service operations to meet high‑quality standards.
• Lead development of the digital platform, booking systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Recruit, develop and motivate high‑performance teams.
• Manage financial performance, ensuring profitability and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present performance reports to executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building businesses, developing services and achieving commercial targets.
