Graduate Engineer – AOC & Digital Twin

About the role

The Graduate Engineer will join AVEVA's Operation Centre (AOC) team in Al Khobar, supporting the delivery and support of industrial software solutions for customers in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with digital twin and information‑management projects from contract signing through to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in service engagements, implementing standard and customised AOC/DT solutions.
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, define solutions, and perform software customisation.
• Provide product usage support and act as the primary technical point of contact for critical customers.
• Collaborate with global teams on solution development, documentation, deployment and delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer satisfaction criteria.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a technical background, eager to develop engineering skills.
• Strong interest in industrial software, digital twins and information management.
• Familiarity with oil & gas or petrochemical business processes is highly desirable.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
